We coordinate planning, procurement, cost, schedule, quality, safety and stakeholder communication under a single accountable team. Our Process
1. Pre-construction: Feasibility, scope, WBS, procurement plan, risk register, baseline budget and schedule.
2. Procurement: BOQs, RFQs, tender evaluation, vendor onboarding, contract administration.
3. Mobilization: Site logistics, HSE plans, QA/QC ITPs, method statements, stakeholder alignment.
4. Execution: Daily supervision, lookahead planning, cost and progress tracking, change control.
5. Testing & Commissioning: Inspections, punch lists, handover documentation, training.
6. Closeout: As-builts, warranties, final accounts, lessons learned.
